DCC’s Story

Diverse Communications Consulting is my latest adventure, helping organisations of all sizes find the best communication solutions, improve culture, and boost diversity and engagement.

 

Who am I? With 15+ years of experience, I’ve had the privilege of working at some world-class companies like Google, Unilever, Getty Images and Sanofi. Along the way, I’ve picked up a thing or ten about both in- and external communications. I’ve led employee engagement, driven transformation and culture change, owned executive communications and championed diversity & inclusion.

 

Having lived in three different countries, and speaking English, French and Dutch, I’ve gotten pretty good at working cross-culturally.  My global experience gives me a unique perspective to tell stories that resonate worldwide.

 

What really drives me is connecting (with) people, creating organisational cultures that are truly lived, and lifting up diversity. And if I can sprinkle in a bit of humour to keep things human, even better!!
